Information counters are located at Level 1, Fashion Galleria Zone near the Main Entrance, Mega FoodWalk near Main Entrance Drop-off and IKEA Entrance.

Remark: Information Counter at Mega Smart Kids Zone (HomePro Area) temporarily closed.

The staff members at the Redemption Counter are willing to provide services as followings:

1. Redemption of premiums or privileges
2. Earning points for Mega Smile Rewards Members / Coupon submission for lucky draw campaign
3. E-Stamp
4. Lost & Found
5. Shopping centre’s information and services

The redemption counters are located at Level 1 near Big C Extra, and the entrance of Mega FoodWalk zone.
