Operational Excellence
· Co-develop marketing strategy and marketing plan with Head of Marketing, based on the consideration of anchors, tenants, partners, and their requirements to create overall marketing activities that support our brand image.
· Analyze market research with research consultant to understand customer needs and things to improve our shopping centre (CSI, BA, and TSI) in order to work on corporate business plan and marketing strategy.
· Work closely with Head of Marketing to sustain the growth on visitation, revenue and emphasize on the customer experience with center offers.
· Support with Head of Marketing to control and manage overall marketing budget to support commercial calendar plan.
· Connect and strengthen relationship with partners to effectively utilize the marketing events, campaigns & promotions to most benefit of shopping centre.
· Lead marketing campaigns & promotions team to develop and implement an integrated strategic marketing campaigns & promotions plan to (1) enrich shopper’s shopping experience with benefits to anchors and tenants support tenant sales, (2) expanding number of Mega Smile Rewards members & Mega Smile Kids members. Work closely with Marketing Communication Manager and Marketing Events & Campaign Manager to ensure synergy within Marketing Department.
· Keeping updated on market trends & competitor strategies.
