Megabangna celebrated the arrival of 2025 with grandeur, hosting the much-anticipated “NT PRESENTS MEGA COUNTDOWN 2025” largest countdown concert in the Bangkok’s eastern, spanning over 10,000 square meters. This year’s event was a haven for music lovers and thrill-seekers looking for a truly unique New Year’s Eve experience. Under the captivating concept of “A SONIC JOURNEY INTO MEGA POP CITY”, attendees were immersed in a vibrant world of light, sound, and art. The creative fusion of entertainment and artistry brought the CITY POP atmosphere to life, delivering a night of unforgettable memories and non-stop entertainment for over 10 hours. The event’s overwhelming popularity broke records, with pre-registration skyrocketing within just two days, surpassing last year’s numbers. On the event day, Megabangna welcomed over 500,000 visitors, while a nationwide broadcast on television and online platforms drew over 4 million viewers cementing its status as the ultimate New Year’s destination.
The stage lit up with electrifying performances, kicking off with ATLAS, the sensational 7-member T-POP boy band, who thrilled the crowd with their hit song “Lovefool”. Next, D GERRARD captivated fans with his iconic track “Galaxy Express”. The excitement continued with JOEY PHUWASIT, the beloved vocalist who performed fan-favorites like “Na Na Thong” and his latest single “Nid Noi”. INK WARUNTORN charmed the audience with her sweet vocals and chart-topping hits, setting the stage for the high-energy rock band POTATO to ramp up the momentum. Fans were then treated to a dynamic set from rap sensation URBOYTJ, who brought the house down with his hip-hop anthems. The night culminated with an epic performance by THREE MAN DOWN, the year’s most celebrated pop-rock band, whose grand finale featured a spectacular light and sound show. The breathtaking LED displays and special effects, designed in CITY POP style, created the perfect backdrop for attendees to capture and share their joyful moments, making this New Year’s Eve truly extraordinary.
