Responsibilities
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
·     Develop PR and Marcom as Integrate Marketing Communication (IMC) plan and strategy with the consideration of customers, anchors, tenants, and their requirement to reach target audience while using internal media as a tool to support communication exposure to support all contributor with a good image and reputation that address to our positioning.
·     Creating and managing content (design & production) for a variety of channels both offline & online including in-mall media, digital, social media and others.
·     Detail and derive of spending for annual budget purpose and on monthly basis for forecasting purpose with understanding of accrual of revenue and expenses where it is necessary.
·     Connect and strengthen relationship with partners to benefit awareness of shopping center and marketing activities.
·     Manage PR and Marcom agency to achieve communication objectives that reflect and benefit shopping centre and experience to shoppers.
·     Manage and work closely with printing supplier to achieve the deliverables within time plan.
·     Measuring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing communication efforts and making recommendations for improvements.
·     Communicate in advance to intra department as well as internal department for timeline of communication, so they can effectively use information for their purpose.
·     Keeping updated on market trends & competitor strategies.   
Qualifications

·     Bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentration on marketing, management Communication art.
·     7+ years of experience in the marketing communication and PR field with 4+ years in managerial level.
·     Experience in working Marcom & PR agency, media planning, branding, advertising, budgeting, and forecasting, multitasking with ability to prioritize work commitment.
·     A strong network of PR and media contacts would be highly advantaged.
·     Experience within the shopping centre industry, or other related retails business is preferred.
·     Fluent in Thai and English Communication with strong in computer literacy.
·     Proven to be a businessperson with analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, and managerial skills.
·     Customer Centric with Result oriented.
·     Innovative, able to challenge common ways of thinking.
·     Able to deal with ambiguity and navigate through uncertain situations.
·     A storyteller with a strong penchant to creative writing.
·     Strong networking and interpersonal skills and ability to develop rapport with all people at all levels.
·     Excellent organizational and planning skills.
·     Always up to date with the latest market trends and technology.
·     Practices customer centricity.
·     An open-minded person.
·     Pro-active with positive attitude, independent and strong organizational skills.
·     Possess good presentation skills, strong professional communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
